Tobin Jones
OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
With over four decades of experience in property, Tobin's hard work and dedication are truly praiseworthy. Though he tried retirement once, his love for block management kept him in the game.
When he's not busy with properties, Tobin can be found pursuing his love for restoring tanks and all things armoured vehicles, or spending time with Mrs Jones and their two daughters.
Jackie Harper
BLOCK MANAGER
Jackie’s background in care management spanning 15 years seamlessly led her to the exciting world of property. With a decade of experience in team leadership, she now balances her dynamic role by furthering her education with The Property Institute.
Outside of work, Jackie cherishes quality time with her husband and two daughters, as well as reading, cooking and socialising with friends.

Married with three lovely daughters, Richard is not just a pro at keeping things in top shape but also at balancing his work and home life with finesse.

Meet Ryan Cole, one of the Oculus Maintenance Ops and master Painter Decorator.
With over 15 years in the trade, Ryan has completed many hands on projects in the property industry. From painting high end properties to hospital environments, no project is too small for Ryan!
